Switching to Sprint was a risky experience. Coming out of the safehaven of one of the nation's largest carriers, at&t, I decided to give a darkhorse, Sprint, a fighting chance to earn my business. See how they do!

Once again I am amazed with how great Sprint CS can be. I explained the situation and they credited me my port-in credits.
